As part of its enterprise agreement, Glen Eira offers flexible work and leave plans for all employees, including job share, emergency paid leave and the possibility of additional leave. Often, work schedules can be organized to allow employees to share family responsibilities and team meetings are also planned to meet these needs. Work from home is also available to staff, if necessary. Last month, the ASU wrote to CEO Rebecca McKenzie requesting that the provisions of last year`s Enterprise Agreement (EA) be applied to workers before the Fair Labour Commission (FWC) approves the agreement. Glen Eira has developed strategic partnerships with Swinburne University of Technology and Holmesglen TAFE to provide graduate training within his organization. Over the past five years, more than 100 people have participated in partnership programs that complement online learning programs and regular Leader meetings, also proposed by Glen Eira. These programs are part of the Commission`s training schedule, which is developed annually and reflects the diversity of services provided by the Commission. All staff are encouraged to participate, providing learning opportunities in a number of ways. Save my name, email address and website in this browser for the next time I will make a comment. Given that it was a few months ago that the EA was filed with the FWC and given the growing employee frustration over time, the ASU asked the CEO to apply the EA to employees as follows: ASU believes that employees should no longer be disadvantaged and that employee goodwill by overwhelmingly supporting EA`s proposal at 93.4% for EA , the City of Glen Eira should pay back. The program provides a remarkable opportunity for successful organizations that apply high-level human resources management practices to be recognized and celebrated for their performance, both nationally and internationally. The Australian Business Awards are a comprehensive annual awards program that recognizes organizations that demonstrate the core values of enterprise innovation, product innovation, technological performance and employee engagement across a range of well-established business and product award categories.
